All purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes must be submitted exclusively to U.S. federal or state courts. If any provision is found invalid, it shall apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain enforceable.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProDentim regarding the use of this website.
